CRM & Business Systems Analyst - Drive Data, Insights & Growth

What You'll Do

CRM Ownership & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM system administration
  • Manage user support, troubleshooting, and day-to-day system performance
  • Partner with vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements

Training & Adoption

  • Train users on system functionality and best practices
  • Develop clear documentation, guides, and training materials
  • Drive ongoing user adoption through communication and coaching

Data Integrity & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, consistent, and reliable CRM data
  • Perform audits and enforce data standards and processes
  • Identify gaps and implement improvements to data quality

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and queries
  • Deliver insights that support sales performance and pipeline visibility
  • Enhance reporting tools to meet evolving business needs

Business Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize workflows
  • Translate business needs into system solutions
  • Support integrations between CRM and other business systems

What You Bring

  • 2-5+ years of experience working with CRM systems and data analysis
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization)
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and query development
  • Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and improve processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools
  • Background supporting sales and marketing operations
  • Prior experience with CRM platforms (e.g., SugarCRM or similar)
