We are seeking a CRM Art Director Contractor to create and oversee visual concepts for email and direct mail campaigns that inspire, inform, and engage clients. In this role, you will develop creative concepts, guide visual direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content across CRM channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and oversee visual concepts for CRM campaigns, with a primary focus on email and direct mail
• Develop and execute creative concepts and visual styles for a range of projects and campaigns
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality visual content
• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team
• Ensure all visual materials align with established brand guidelines and project objectives
• Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval
• Work within project management platforms such as Jira, Workfront, or similar tools
• Apply and adapt a modular design system to ensure consistency and scalability across deliverables

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Art Director within CRM marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating email and direct mail creative direction
• Experience collaborating with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional partners
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Jira or Workfront
• Experience working with modular design systems
• Strong understanding of brand standards, visual storytelling, and campaign execution
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Background in CRM, lifecycle marketing and direct response campaigns
• Experience directing work across both digital and print formats
• Ability to balance creative vision with brand consistency and production constraints

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $70 - $85 per hour will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
