Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Initial Base Salary Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000/yr.
• Specific offers within the listed pay ranges are determined by a variety of factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and business needs.

Responsibilities Maintain integrity of critical site facilities and Cogent Hubs, including:

• Power: Industrial, large commercial, commercial power switch gear, emergency power generation.
• Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
• DC Plant / Battery Plants.
• Air Quality / EPA compliance.
• HVAC (Industrial, large commercial) - including:
• Centrifugal Screw and other various compressor types.
• Air Handling and distribution systems.
• Self-contained package units.
• HVAC control and systems.
• Cooling towers and other condensing systems.
• Fire Systems: Alarm systems, codes and regulations, fire suppression systems, clean agent, water systems, pumps, flow control, CO2 sensors.
• Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• System and administration.
• Programming.
• System Architecture.
• Network troubleshooting.
• Peripheral devices.

Qualifications

Required

• 10 years of experience in facility management with a skillset of diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues and finding solutions to correct facility system problems.

Preferred

• 5 years of experience with project management and project implementation supporting less experienced engineers.
• 10 years working directly with vendors and reviewing vendor methods of procedures.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
