Job Description
Facilitates the delivery of care by performing specific patient care tasks and support functions as delegated by an RN.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Certification & Licensures
Certified by the Virginia Board of Nursing as a Certified Nurse Aide or eligible for certification by endorsement as a Certified Nurse Aide by the Virginia Board of Nursing preferred.
Qualifications
Ability to work independently. Capable of prioritizing multiple requests and performing routine activities. Understands basic principles of human growth and development. Competent to successfully interact with patients according to their special needs which may apply based on the age of the patient served.
