About this role:

As a Physician in Critical Care medicineyou will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. You will be an integral member of a collaborative, multi?disciplinary team caring for complex, critically ill patients.

In this role you can anticipate:

  • Practicing atSt. Mary's Regional Hospitallocated in Grand Junction, CO
  • Providing care in a32-bed mixed medical/surgical ICUwith a schedule of19 weeks per year, working7-day blocksof12-hour shifts(.8 FTE)
  • Working alongsidetwo physicians during the day, and serving as thesole ICU provider overnight.
  • Ideal candidates will be able to performadvanced bronchoscopy,includingEBUS procedures.
How we'll support you:

  • Competitive Compensation:$372,000.00 annually,plus wRVU production incentives
  • wRVU Compensation Model: wRVU Threshold:3,992 wRVUsper year;$62.00 per wRVUabove threshold
  • Quality Incentive: Up to$40,000annually
  • Excess/PRN Shift Rate:$3,173 per 12?hour shift
  • Incentives:$24,000starting bonus, up to$16,000relocation assistance (if applicable),$60,000Student Loan Assistance (if applicable)

Whatyoullbring:
  • MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • ACGME accredited residency trainingin Internal Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
  • Active, unobstructedColorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
