What You’ll Do:

• Float across various ICU units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU/NCCU
• Manage critically ill patients with diverse acuity levels
• Provide advanced patient care including ventilator management and telemetry
• Administer IV starts and respond to emergent clinical situations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow protocols for float nursing within units of equivalent or lower acuity

What You Need:

• Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
• Strong skills in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required
