Job Summary:


ICC (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball in Tomball, Texas.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Acute care certified NP or experienced PA
  • At least 12 months ICU APP experience preferred
  • APP providers must be proficient and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation.  
  • Ability to work Full Time, 13-15 shifts per month
  • 12-hour shifts, mix of days and nights, block scheduling
  • 1 MD and 1 APP during the day, 1 APP at night with MD on call for back up support
  • Mixed ICU, Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, CV, and Neuro

  • HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is a 350-bed facility that has been serving the Tomball community for over 40 years. The hospital offers a wide variety of services to the community including emergency care, labor and delivery, general surgery, cardiology, pulmonary medicine, acute inpatient rehabilitation, sports medicine, physical therapy, orthopedics, outpatient testing, wound care and many others.
