Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Certifications Requirements:
    • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
    • CPR certification
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience Requirements:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy management or supervision
    • Inpatient and outpatient therapy experience
    • Previous experience in critical access facility preferred
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Comfortable working in a rural healthcare setting
