As a Crisis Services Specialist, youll support individuals experiencing urgent behavioral challenges, helping them stabilize, feel safe, and regain control. Using applied behavior analysis (ABA) and positive behavior supports, youll play a key role in guiding individuals toward greater independence while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

    What Youll Do:

    • Provide behavioral support and crisis intervention for individuals with complex needs
    • Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
    • Track behavioral data and complete required documentation
    • Assist with daily living tasks (hygiene, meals, transportation, etc.)
    • Administer medications and support medical needs
    • Support community involvement and social connections

    What You Bring:

    • Strong de-escalation and crisis response skills
    • Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in high-stress situations
    • Effective communication and teamwork
    • Basic computer skills

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 2+ years of direct support experience (including 1+ year with high behavioral needs)
    • Valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation
