Full-time mental health crisis intervention role working Days, 80 hrs/2 weeks, including every-other-weekend & rotating holidays.
Provides independent crisis stabilization at clients' locations, assesses needs, responds promptly, and refers to appropriate services following policies.
Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, applying crisis intervention, facilitating hospital admissions, coordinating with community resources, and documenting care.
Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of related experience, and knowledge of mental health laws and community services.
Skills include excellent communication, counseling, organizational, and stress management abilities. Valid driver's license required.
