Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is hiring a senior-level Criminal Defense Trial Attorney with significant jury trial experience (50+ trials), federal exposure, and a background in prosecution. This is a high-impact role for an experienced litigator ready to lead complex criminal cases and operate at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as lead counsel on felony and high-stakes criminal defense cases
• Manage cases from intake through resolution with full accountability
• Develop and execute strategic defense plans tailored to each case
• Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and jury trials
• Draft motions, briefs, and legal filings with precision
• Prepare thoroughly for trial with organized, trial-ready case files
• Communicate directly and effectively with clients and team members

What You Bring

• Extensive criminal defense experience with increasing responsibility
• 50+ jury trials (preferred)
• Federal criminal case experience
• Prior prosecutorial experience strongly preferred
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing
• Ability to meet or exceed billable hour expectations
• Strong courtroom presence, legal writing, and strategic thinking

• $157,000–$202,000 (performance-based on billables and KPIs)
