Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in quick service.
• Strong customer focus with excellent hospitality skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a talented team.
• Proficient in managing inventory and understanding financial performance.
• ServSafe® certification is a plus.
