We are currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Crew Supervisor for our day shift (7:30 am - 4:00 pm with occasional overtime) at our manufacturing plant in Richland, Washington. The Crew Supervisor is a thought leader, a facilitator, and is instrumental with ensuring optimal throughput and production efficiencies by developing effective processes and equipment utilization strategies that meet production goals and objectives. Leading these processes and strategies ensure that we are achieving conformance and producing quality products that meets our customer requirements and ATI goals and objectives.
The Shipping & Receiving Crew Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of 2 direct reports. You will coordinate incoming and outgoing materials and receive material into a computerized inventory tracking system and is responsible for inventory control. You will work closely with employees in material processing and the supply chain. The Crew Supervisor is responsible for training, coaching, motivating, and leading their team to ensure safe and efficient operation of all production areas.
In order to become successful and provide immediate impact, you will have to quickly learn ATI's processes, products, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and become familiar with the department and facility. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, the ability to act quickly and make impactful decisions, and exceptional interpersonal skills are included in the skillset of a successful Crew Supervisor. You will be required to work safely as providing a safe environment to work in is the company's top priority.
