Were hiring Seasonal Crew Members to join our team for the holiday season. This is a temporary role running now through January 5 - perfect for college students holiday break work or anyone looking for short-term employment in a fun fast-paced environment. Must have open availability and flexibility.
As a Five Guys Seasonal Crew Member, you will be trained on ONE primary position: Bun Dressing Grill Cashier or Fries.

What you will do • A little of everything: taking orders, cooking burgers & fries, building delicious sandwiches, keeping the dining room clean, prepping fresh ingredients. • Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards. • Keep the restaurant up to Five Guys company standards regarding cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility. • Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks. • Complete all other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the table • Ability to connect with our guests, providing them with best-in-class customer service • Experience in a fast-food environment preferred but not required • Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations • Ability to get to work on time and adhere to scheduled shifts • Must be at least 16 years old • Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time in warm and cold temperatures • The ability to lift supplies and materials up to 30 lbs • Reasonable accommodation must be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions
