- Maintain schedules, meet service expectations, and address customer concerns, escalating issues as needed.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to assign work, provide feedback, and assist in training team members.
- Track crew time logs and equipment usage electronically.
- Work outdoors in varying conditions, requiring physical activity, protective gear, and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications include landscape-related experience, leadership skills, relevant certifications, and a valid driver’s license.
