Crew Leader

As a Crew Leader you will help our clients develop and maintain outstanding landscapes. You will be responsible for managing a landscaping crew of 2-5 employees and help drive production, quality, safety, and efficiency among the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all crew members are following safety policies and procedures.
• Understanding client needs while meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Managing multiple services that can include any of the following: spray operations, fertilization, maintenance, production, tree care, and irrigation.
• Planning, organizing, and managing work for crew members at each client site location.
• Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of equipment and other company property.
• Conducting safety equipment and timekeeping training.
• Interacting with clients, residents, and employees with a high level of customer service.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance or installation experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience managing crew labor in the landscaping industry.
• Valid Florida Drivers License and the ability to pass an MVR check.
• Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
