As a Crew Leader, you will manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, meet client expectations, and oversee services like landscape maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, and tree care.
Responsibilities include planning work, maintaining equipment, training staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements include at least 2 years of landscape experience, 1 year of leadership, a valid Florida driver's license, and physical ability to work in all weather. Bilingual skills are a plus.
