We seek a motivated individual passionate about the green industry to lead a landscaping team of 2-5 employees.
As a Crew Leader, you will manage daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality landscape services including fertilization, irrigation, tree care, and maintenance.
Key responsibilities include planning work schedules, training staff, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service to clients and residents.
Requirements: minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance or installation experience, 1 year of leadership supervising crew labor, valid Florida driver’s license, and physical ability to work in all weather conditions.
Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish.
