The Enhancement Field Manager – Landscape Maintenance oversees labor and materials to complete enhancement projects on time and within budget, while developing team members.
Responsibilities include understanding company goals, setting and monitoring employee development, participating in training, planning daily activities, managing budgets, inspecting quality, selling extras, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety.
Qualifications involve project organization, supervisory experience, customer service skills, at least one year of enhancement or landscape installation experience, relevant education or certifications, purchasing and negotiation skills, computer literacy, strong communication, and a valid Class A driver’s license.
