As a Crew Leader / Driver, you’ll lead a team, make solid money, and gain real management experience.

What You’re Getting:

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Drive our branded trucks (no CDL required)
2. Lead and motivate your crew during moving or junk removal jobs
3. Pack, lift, load, and haul — all while keeping safety and customer service top of mind
4. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
5. Represent the brand — show up sharp, on time, and ready to win the day

Who We’re Looking For:

1. Leaders in the making — people who can manage a crew and lead by example
2. Hard-working, positive, and down to get your hands dirty
3. Able to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly (this is a physical job)
4. Have a valid Driver’s License and reliable way to get to work
5. Have a reliable smartphone
6. Able to pass a background check
7. Eligible to work in the U.S.
