Overview Lead a team of three to five associates efficiently on any screen print machine. Ensure all safety protocols are being followed and practiced before operating the machine. Achieve daily impression goals. Proactively monitor garment quality to minimize spoilage by continuously evaluating printed garments compared to the sample standard and document it. Delegate tasks to your team and ensure team members are performing as required. Communicate performance related issues to Team Leaders or Supervisor in a timely manner as needed. Monitor daily Pro-rep and document. Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Must be in daily start up no later than 6:00AM/1:45 PM. Retain all MHI and MHII duties and responsibilities to be performed as needed. The Crew Leader must follow all TEAM EDITION APPAREL Safety rules and regulations. Correctly fill out all daily Pro-Rep sheets before turning in at end of day. Responsible for Team Members production, ensure the production sheets/dryer sheets are filled out correctly and acknowledge by signing dryer sheet daily before end of day. Ensure job jacket, art packet and sample are correct, and present at press. Select proper sequence of screens, using proper set up procedures. Regulate air pressure and manipulate squeegee and flood bar to adjust pressure and angle of print stroke. The Crew Leader is responsible for obtaining first print approval from Supervisor, BEFORE proceeding with job. Help train new associates as needed, following all training procedures provided by training department. Assist in other areas of production as needed. Follow all TEAM EDITION APPARELS policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educational experience.
