Candidates should have at least one year of retail leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for community engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Scheduling requires weekend availability with part-time hours (20-30/week), and seasonal peaks may require up to 40 hours. Compensation ranges from $17.32 to $20.48 per hour.
Additional duties include taking on a Division of Responsibility to support store success and growth.
