You will support store leadership with strategic tasks and manage a Division of Responsibility (DOR) to ensure smooth operations and growth opportunities.
Requirements: minimum one year of retail leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, a passion for community and brand, and ability to work weekends. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform store tasks is necessary. This part-time role averages 20-30 hours weekly, with seasonal peaks.
