This is supervisory work in leading a crew of semi-skilled and unskilled workers in a variety of public service operations.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Completion of a minimum of the eighth grade, preferably high school graduation or the successful completion of the General Educational Development (GED) test, and a minimum of three years experience at the level of an equipment operator, a Public Service Worker II or a Public Service Worker III; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
Special Requirement
Must possess a valid drivers license from state of residence; Mobile Area Water and Sewer System requires a valid class A commercial driver's license, with air brake endorsement, from state of residence.
