Member Service Representative I (MSR I/Teller) - Cloquet, MN
Northwoods Credit Union in Cloquet, MN is searching for a new team member to fill the role of Member Service Representative I (Teller). This full time, entry-level position offers a competitive starting rate ranging between $17.00 - $18.15 per hour based on experience. Maximum pay for the MSR I position is $22.69, with opportunities for career ladder advancement to higher paying roles such as MSR II & MSR III based on performance. Standard hours: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. (8 hour weekday shifts may vary 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Rotating Saturday shifts are approximately once per month.)

Founded in 1936 in a small trailer on paper mill property, Northwoods Credit Union began with five paper mill employees who had a vision of offering fairly priced financial products and excellent service to their hardworking coworkers. As a Member Service Representative, you're the friendly first point of contact, delivering exceptional service with every interaction. You process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and efficiency, while taking the time to truly understand each member's needs and recommend solutions that support their unique financial goals. By building strong relationships and creating positive experiences, you play a vital role in strengthening our member community and supporting NCU's vision of building life-long relationships, one member at a time.
