United Prairie Bank is hiring a Credit Officer.  This position is full-time, Monday – Friday.  This position will office out of the closest United Prairie branch to the applicant’s Minnesota residence.

Job Overview:

The Credit Officer assists the Chief Credit Officer in managing, monitoring and evaluating the bank’s overall credit portfolio and the risks associated with that portfolio.  This position provides leadership, management, training, and approvals within the Credit Department. The role will collaborate and work closely with credit production and credit support to maximize borrower success. This position may manage the Credit Analysts.

Annual Compensation Range: $92,000 - $117,000 

Qualifications for this Opportunity:

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance preferred
  • Five plus years Credit administration and/or management experience with agricultural and/or commercial lending required.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.
