We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our team as a Credit Funding Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to build a career in financial services, operations, and dealer relations.

In this role, you will work closely with dealerships to review and process contracts, ensure compliance with lending requirements, and provide outstanding customer service. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review contracts and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, signatures, and required forms
  • Enter and verify data with a high level of accuracy
  • Communicate with dealerships to answer questions and resolve contract issues
  • Identify and follow up on missing information or dealer errors
  • Prepare customer correspondence and other required documentation
  • Process credit department check requisitions
  • Conduct research and investigations as needed to support contract processing
  • Adhere to all company, federal, state, and compliance policies and procedures
  • Handle inbound telephone inquiries and perform administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Overtime, including weekdays and occasional Saturdays, may be required based on business needs
  • Flexibility is required, as schedules may change to meet operational demands
