This role addresses the complex challenge of optimizing revenue assurance and credit risk within a dynamic telecommunications landscape. The analyst will bridge the gap between raw delinquency data and actionable executive strategy by identifying emerging trends and process gaps. By leveraging advanced data interpretation and automation, the position ensures the enterprise maintains high billing accuracy while proactively mitigating financial risks.
Drive strategic performance improvements through data-driven insights to optimize delinquency and collections recovery targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify critical trends in credit and delinquency by analyzing roll rates and complex datasets to provide leadership with actionable recommendations for business strategy
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for cross-functional initiatives, bridging operational processes with data-driven strategy to align with departmental OKRs
Produce and validate complex reporting structures that alert the business to unforeseen performance shifts or emerging financial risks in real-time
Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline reporting cycles and enhance the precision of predictive credit models
Foster strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative problem-solving across the billing and credit ecosystem
Advanced analytical expertise to interpret complex technical instructions and translate abstract variables into concrete business solutions
Proficiency in data interpretation and diagnostic tools to uncover root causes behind performance shifts and financial trends
AI literacy and the ability to apply generative AI tools to innovate and automate traditional analytical workflows
Exceptional communication and narrative-building skills required to deliver complex data-driven presentations to stakeholders at all levels
Critical experience navigating high-volume credit, delinquency, or collections environments with a focus on strategic troubleshooting
High-level mastery of advanced spreadsheet functions and data visualization to drive departmental accuracy and revenue assurance
Experience with SQL, AWS, or Python to enhance data extraction and modeling
Prior exposure to AI tools such as Google Gemini and NotebookLM for data synthesis
Specialized background in collections, delinquency, or credit strategy
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Minimum Experience: 2 years of related experience in analytical reporting, data analysis, or financial operations
Required Technical Skills: * Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Macros)
Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
