The Credit & Collection Analyst will support the credit and collections team within a large banking environment. This temporary role is primarily administrative and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prior experience within the finance or banking industry, preferably in collections or recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the credit and collections department
Assist with account documentation, tracking, and reporting
Support collection activities related to repossessions, recoveries, and bankruptcies
Help maintain accurate credit reporting records
Organize files and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Perform general clerical, administrative, and data entry tasks as needed
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience in the banking or finance industry required
Collections experience strongly preferred
Experience with repossessions, recovery processes, bankruptcy, and credit reporting is highly desirable
Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Systems
Experience with Fiserv DNA and/or Temenos Collections Platform is a plus
