We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Credit & Collections Administrator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting customer account setup, credit reviews, and vendor communications while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Respond to vendor requests for trade references and account information
Review credit reports and supporting documentation to evaluate customer creditworthiness
Verify customer credit application information and establish new credit accounts
Assist with credit and collections-related processes and account maintenance
Analyze information and make sound business decisions within established guidelines
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Knowledge of MS Office, with strong Excel skills
Must be dependable and organized
Must be available to work onsite in Tulsa, OK, Mon-Fri, 10 am - 7 pm
Previous experience in business to business credit review a plus
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
