We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a CREDIT ASSISTANT job opening in a family-owned, local manufacturer with more than 75 years of experience producing high-quality specialty building products. Known for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and exceptional customer service, the Company services residential, commercial and infrastructure projects throughout the Western United State with durable, environmentally responsible building solutions.

The CREDIT ASSISTANT assists the Credit Manager and is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Processing commercial credit applications and related documentation.
  • Maintaining customer accounts and account records.
  • Supporting project preliminary notices and lien-related activities.
  • Monitoring customer accounts and credit exposure.
  • Resolving account disputes and responding to customer inquiries.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial (B2B) credit, accounts receivable, or billing, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or building materials supply industries
  • Basic familiarity with construction billing, progress payments, or the preliminary notice process is highly advantageous, but we are willing to train the right individual.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (such as Epicor Kinetic) and CRM platforms (such as Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
Pay Rate Range: $25.00 - $26.00/hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
