Our client is looking for a high -energy, collaborative leader to spearhead their credit & collections operations. In this role, you will modernize commercial credit management, drive cash flow strategies, and directly support massive market expansion.

Responsibilities

- Operational Leadership:<\/b> Manage the Credit & Collections staff and oversee daily administrative workflows for active, aging, and delinquent commercial accounts.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Proactive Outreach:<\/b> Execute daily communication strategies to accelerate receivable cycles.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Target Management:<\/b> Meet specific weekly and monthly cash recovery objectives.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Data Reporting:<\/b> Generate and analyze daily operational performance metrics.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Account Reconciliation:<\/b> Resolve short payments, offset complex credits, and allocate unapplied cash.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Portfolio Integrity:<\/b> Ensure assigned client portfolios strictly adhere to agreed payment terms.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Risk Review:<\/b> Conduct strategic weekly evaluations to isolate and resolve high -risk accounts.<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>- Experience:<\/b> Progressive commercial <\/span><\/span>credit & collections in manufacturing or distribution industry.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Technical Skill:<\/b> MS Office Suite (strong Excel) and Microsoft D365<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li> - Mindset:<\/b> Strong analytical problem -solving skills with a strict attention to operational follow -through.<\/span><\/span>
