About the Opportunity
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization in the Mesquite, TX area to hire a Credit & Collections Specialist. This opportunity is with one of our valued clients and offers the chance to support accounts receivable operations, collections, credit review, and customer account management in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage collections and maintain assigned customer accounts.
Review customer orders and assist with credit-related decisions.
Resolve billing disputes, payment issues, and account discrepancies.
Monitor aging reports and collection metrics.
Partner with sales and internal teams on delinquent accounts.
Review orders on credit hold and support account resolutions.
Send past-due notices and conduct collection calls.
Maintain accurate account records and collection activity documentation.
Provide reporting on receivables and delinquent accounts as needed.
Qualifications
1-3 years of collections, accounts receivable, or credit experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with great attention to detail.
Schedule & Work Arrangement
Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office
Monday-Friday
Flexible hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime as business needs require
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
