Responsibilities
Coordinate and validate outpatient credentialing and charge capture details end-to-end.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies to prevent claim denials.
Maintain compliance with payer policies, HIPAA, and organizational guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in all actions.
Ensure accurate patient demographics and insurance information for claims submission.
Monitor pipeline and metrics to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Collaborate with billing, coding, and clinic staff to streamline workflows.
Document all workflow steps and updates in the case management system.
Provide timely feedback and escalation for complex credentialing issues.
Analyze trends in submitted charges to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Assist with training and onboarding of new team members to improve performance.
Support on-site operations with proactive issue resolution and downtime minimization.
Experience/Qualifications
Credentialing and charge capture end-to-end process handling
Data discrepancy detection to prevent claim denials
HIPAA, payer policies, and regulatory compliance knowledge
Pipeline and metrics management to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets
Maintain patient confidentiality and data security practices
Accurate patient demographics and insurance information for submissions
Cross-functional collaboration with billing, coding, and clinic staff
Strong learning mindset aligned with growth-oriented culture
Document workflow steps and updates in case management system
Timely escalation and feedback for complex credentialing issues
Trend analysis of submitted charges to identify process improvements
Ability to work in a high-visibility, results-driven environment
Proficiency with case management or credentialing software
