Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $37/hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift
- Weekly Hours: 40
- Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credentialing and privileging for physicians and allied health professionals
- Process initial applications and reappointments accurately and on time
- Maintain error-free credential files and ensure regulatory compliance
- Support provider onboarding (access, training, orientation, badging)
- Maintain and update medical staff database
- Ensure compliance with hospital bylaws, policies, and regulatory standards
- Handle confidential medical staff information with discretion
Required Qualifications
- Experience in medical staff services / credentialing (hospital setting preferred)
- Knowledge of credentialing, privileging, and compliance processes
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in medical staff services or related field
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with acute care hospital environments
Certifications
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
