The PV Brand Partnerships Studio creates the deepest brand-content integrations in streaming - custom programs that connect advertisers to Prime Video"s premium IP at the highest investment tier. The Creative Strategist is the qualification and creative gateway for all custom brand partnerships entering the Studio pipeline.

You will guide brands on how to leverage Prime Video"s content slate, talent, and streaming technology to reach audiences in a meaningful way. You"ll respond to client briefs with compelling proposals that serve the brand"s needs while leveraging the best of Prime Video"s IP, products, and premiere calendar. You"ll also develop proactive packages against upcoming titles - identifying which brands belong against which content before the brief arrives.

This role sits at the intersection of pre-sales and creative. You are not producing campaigns - you are deciding which campaigns get produced, and shaping the creative strategy that wins them.

Key job responsibilities

You will qualify inbound briefs against defined criteria (win probability, budget confirmation, title-brand alignment, timeline feasibility) and route demand to the correct tier.

You will respond to qualified client RFPs with compelling proposals that connect brand objectives to Prime Video IP, talent, and audience.

You will attend client meetings, pitches, and collaborative work sessions to translate, and educate, PV Brand Partnerships to customers and media agencies.

You will develop proactive title packages, identifying advertiser vertical needs and content opportunities before demand arrives.

You will conceptualize campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders across Sales, GTM, Studios, and Production.

You will articulate high-concept ideas and proposals to sellers, media agencies, and clients to ensure they"re effectively communicated and creatively differentiated.

You will serve as the strategic bridge between the sales organization and the creative team - protecting Studio capacity while maximizing pipeline quality and win rates. You will ensure that all concepts delivered meet Amazon"s bar-raising standard. You will work hard, have fun, and make history.

A day in the life

Creative: You lead strategic creative development sessions for qualified briefs, guide cross-functional teams through innovative program design, and champion breakthrough ideas from concept through pitch.

Qualification & Routing: You assess incoming demand against the qualification gate, make binding go/no-go decisions on which briefs enter the custom pipeline, and redirect non-qualifying demand to appropriate tiers with clear rationale.

Data-Driven Approach: You analyze title performance data, audience signals, and campaign history to inform creative recommendations and brand-title matching decisions.

Proactive Development: You build title packages against the upcoming slate before briefs arrive - connecting IP, audience data, and brand category fit into pitchable creative platforms.

Stakeholder Management: You navigate conversations with internal teams (Sales, GTM, Studios, Production) and external clients, build consensus across diverse groups, and maintain strong relationships with key partners.

AI Fluency: You integrate AI tools into your creative workflow, explore emerging capabilities to enhance campaign development, and advocate for AI-driven innovation in the pre-sales process.

Strategic Influence: You pitch creative concepts to senior leaders and clients, refine ideas based on feedback, and drive teams to execute against your strategic vision.

Amazon.com Inc

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
