We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Services Specialist to join our marketing team on-site at our Fort Worth, TX office. In this role you will be responsible for producing and managing the creative assets that support our marketing, sales, operations, and business development initiatives. This role serves as the company's in-house creative production specialist, developing digital and print marketing materials, producing podcasts and videos, managing media content, supporting webinars and internal events, maintaining brand standards, and organizing marketing assets.

The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, technically proficient, and enjoys balancing graphic design, multimedia production, event, support and project coordination in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Multimedia Production

  • Record, edit, and produce video and audio content for podcasts, interviews, webinars, and marketing campaigns.

  • Capture professional photography and videography for company events, employees, and marketing initiatives.

  • Organize and maintain multimedia assets.

  • Social Media & Digital Content

  • Create graphics and multimedia content for social media and digital marketing.

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

  • Graphic Design & Brand Management

  • Design marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

  • Ensure all materials align with FranFund brand standards.

  • Manage marketing requests and maintain organized design files.

  • Marketing & Sales Support

  • Develop co-branded marketing materials for franchise consultants, brokers, franchisors, and referral partners.

  • Create presentations, landing page graphics, email graphics, and promotional materials.

  • Support webinar marketing and presentation development.

  • Event Marketing

  • Assist with marketing and branding for conferences, trade shows, webinars, and company events.

  • Coordinate signage, promotional items, displays, and event materials.

  • Marketing Operations

  • Maintain organized libraries of marketing assets, photography, videos, presentations, and collateral.

  • Manage marketing inventory, promotional materials, and event supplies.

  • Support ongoing marketing initiatives and special projects as assigned.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience
  • 1-2 years of design experience (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Experience managing business social media platforms
  • Working knowledge of Zoom Webinar administration
  • Photography and videography experience a plus
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly organized with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in Monday.com or other project management system highly preferred
