We are seeking a Creative Operations Lead, Advertiser Enablement to join the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) team. This is a lead role designed for a dynamic, high-EQ leader with deep expertise in product marketing, creator-led solutions, and client enablement.
In this role, you will lead advertiser enablement efforts across all verticals, guiding how the world's top brands leverage TikTok's third-party and in-house creative solutions to achieve business growth. You will partner closely with TikTok sales, product, and creator teams to design scalable advertiser strategies, strengthen industry relationships, and build repeatable best practices.
As a Lead, you will also mentor a team of client operations managers/analysts, set strategic direction, and serve as the voice of advertiser needs in global product and go-to-market planning.
