Description:
A major apparel retailer is seeking a Seasonal Concept & Trend Designer to support the development and execution of seasonal concept work for the Female business. In this role, you will conduct trend and market research across fashion, retail, culture, and competitive brands. You will support the development of seasonal themes, big ideas, key items, and trend reporting. You will create compelling mood boards, trend decks, and concept presentations, and assist in translating macro trends into customer-relevant concepts through the brand lens. You will also support concept content creation and delivery across multiple seasons.

Requirements for the role:
Fashion design degree with proven concept experience in the industry (5 10+ years)
Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of trend, color, and fashion concepts
Experience creating clear and inspirational presentations and mood boards
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Understanding of concept development from trend research through seasonal storytelling
Ability to support concept content creation and delivery across multiple seasons
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
5 10+ years of proven concept experience in the fashion/apparel industry
Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
