Partnering closely with the Creative Director of Copy, along with creative strategy, you’ll work to deliver on-strategy, on-brand creative that spans from 360 campaigns, brand activations, digital, video, print, events and more.Seeking a collaborative, proactive and organized leader with exceptional campaign design/art direction instincts, experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams, to think big picture while also being very hands-on with creative direction and execution.Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in creative, design, or integrated marketing roles Strong portfolio demonstrating Multi-channel campaigns Strategic storytelling Brand consistency across complex initiatives Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) Strong presentation and communication skills (PowerPoint and/or Keynote) Experience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven ability to influence creative outcomes and guide work without direct authorityPreferred Qualifications Background in fundraising, donor engagement, or awareness campaigns is a plus Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations Familiarity with project/workflow tools (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tool) Delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative across campaigns and channels Ability to keep multiple initiatives progressing on schedule Positive contribution to storytelling quality and campaign executionThe Creative Director contractor will serve as a senior individual contributor, providing strategic creative guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, on-brand work across fundraising and awareness initiatives.
