In this position you will manage art and creative projects from start to finish while providing meaningful feedback and mentorship along the way. What you will do:

• Work independently and collaboratively with Leadership, Clients, peers and cross-functional Teams on strategy, inspiration, and development of successful projects and processes.
• Provide motivation, mentorship, and expertise, researching new methods as needed.
• Monitor and ensure integrity of all projects in regards to viability, originality, quality, and adherence to project requirements and Department/Corporate Brand Standards.
• Negotiate and establish realistic expectations for resources, goals, and project timelines.
• Provide art direction and feedback to team members effectively and positively.

22239BRCreative Coordinator Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required
• 1 or more years of comparable work experience required
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Proficient Mac skills
