Job Requirements
Successful prior track record as a Craftsman Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience required Extensive knowledge in Patio Screening as well as one or more of the following trades: • Plumbing • Electrical • Tile • Carpentry • Paint • Drywall Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients and vendors as well as fellow employees, management, and office personnel. Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades. Not necessarily having every tool, but basic tools and knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. Possession of a valid State of Florida Driver License with a clean driving record in accordance with the companys insurance carriers standards. Residence within 25 miles of our Ace Hardware store and/or cities we service. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong documentation and invoicing skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
