Job Duties
Perform general residential repair and maintenance tasks
Diagnose basic issues and determine appropriate repair methods
Install, repair, or replace interior doors, trim, baseboards, and molding
Patch, repair, and replace drywall, tape, mud, sand, and paint
Install or repair laminate, vinyl plank, tile, or hardwood flooring
Replace faucets, showerheads, supply lines, P‑traps, and garbage disposals (non‑licensed plumbing tasks only)
Replace light fixtures, switches, outlets, and ceiling fans (non‑licensed electrical tasks only)
Install cabinets, shelving, closet systems, blinds, curtain rods, and TV mounts
Repair fences, gates, exterior trim, and perform minor siding repairs
Complete caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing tasks
Travel daily to multiple customer locations within Spokane County
Maintain clean and safe work areas and follow company safety procedures
Minimum Requirements
120 months (10 years) of experience in general residential repair
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
Background check required (consistent with WA law)
Wage
Prevailing Wage: 900-1350
Overtime available as needed
Paid weekly
Work Hours
40 hours per week
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Some weekend work as needed
Period of Need
January 19, 2026 – January 15, 2027

Daily travel to customer homes within Spokane County
No lodging provided
No board or transportation deductions
Tools, supplies, and equipment provided at no cost
MANDATORY H‑2B DISCLOSURES
The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge.
The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed early, the employer will pay for the worker’s return transportation and daily subsistence.
Daily subsistence will be provided at rates required by federal regulation.
The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three‑fourths of the workdays in each 12‑week period.
