Knowledgeable of public address systems and master clocks, to include wi-fi, and programming
Proficient with analog and IP cameras including installation and programming
Able to use all tools and equipment
Knowledge of safety requirements for maintenance services of buildings, equipment, and grounds
Ability to work in exposure to all weather conditions
Two (2) years' direct experience maintaining, installing, repairing, testing various fire alarm systems
Two (2) years' direct experience maintaining, installing, repairing, cameras systems
Two (2) years' direct experience maintaining, installing, repairing, various public address systems and clocks
Two (2) years' direct experience maintaining, installing, repairing, Bosch Security systems

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of Manual Trades - Maintenance Personnel.
Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including computer and peripherals; small hand tools, power tools, trucks, vans and trailers; heavy equipment such as backhoe, tractor, forklift, trencher, etc
Vision and Hearing: Moderate to maximum
Posture: Frequent standing and walking up to 6 hours; sitting up to 2 hours; kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, crawling, reaching, and twisting; standing/walking, and climbing, wrist turn, and grasping occasionally
Motion: Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; frequent walking, climbing ladders and scaffolding; grasping/squeezing, wrist flexion/extension, and overhead reaching; frequent driving

Salaries are determined by the number of completed and eligible years of service at an accredited school.
