Job Summary
The CPL Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers while supporting field operations, equipment deployment, and service execution. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Job Description
- Execute service delivery activities safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure all job deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
- Deliver equipment to customer job sites.
- Train wireline personnel and customers on proper equipment operation and usage.
- Conduct daily customer check-ins and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure successful job execution and obtain signed field tickets for invoicing purposes.
- Participate in job risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote company products and services through customer engagement.
- Support compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements through inspections, self-assessments, and safety programs.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings and implement action plans to improve performance.
- Assist shop personnel with equipment preparation and maintenance activities.
- Participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality programs.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain all required safety and operational training.
Skills Required
- Valid driver's license.
- Eligible to obtain BATFE Level 4 Clearance (Employee Possessor of Explosives).
- Strong communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work extended hours and overtime as required.
Preferred qualifications
- 0–3 years of relevant field experience.
- Wireline industry experience preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus (recertification will be provided if necessary).
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Pay Rate
- $24 - $26 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
Additional Requirements
- Candidates must be eligible for BATFE Level 4 Clearance as an Employee Possessor of Explosives.
