This position involves providing courteous customer service, following proper packaging procedures, and maintaining a neat work environment.
- Assist in stocking, cart retrieval, and store cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and restroom upkeep.
- Support cashiers by ensuring efficient checkout and helping customers locate products.
- Understand and explain store programs like ValuCard, manage price changes, and replace misplaced items.
- Handle parcel pickup, trash collection, and maintain proper shelf tags and merchandise stock.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as needed to ensure smooth store operations.
