COURT SECURITY POLICE DEPUTY - PART TIME (SHERIFF''''S OFFICE)

SALARY: $22.1493 Hourly

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Currently a Certified Police Officer in the State of Michigan or able to be certified having successfully completed MLEOTC training.

JOB SUMMARY: Performs professional police duties while providing security at the Genesee County courts.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

• Arrests individuals with outstanding warrants.
• Arrests individuals who are remanded during a court proceeding.
• Provide security at the entrance to the court as well as within the courtroom while court is in session.
• Prepares and completes reports as directed.
