Summary Statement
The employee in this position is responsible for providing accurate, verbatim stenographic (machine method) reporting of court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and conferences within the Court of Chancery. This role ensures the timely preparation and delivery of transcripts as required. The position involves regular interaction with court personnel, litigants, and the public, and operates as part of a team under the supervision of the Chief Court Reporter in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to Kent and Sussex Counties is required.
