The role also provides customer service to professors, staff, and students, manages orders, records, and inventory, and performs office tasks like emailing, answering phones, and filing.
Requirements include attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and self-motivation. Preferred experience in related fields and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat are desired. Availability during breaks is necessary, and lifting up to 30 lbs is required.
