Coupling Shop - Manufacturing Lead
Summary of Duties:
Ability to use SAP.
Ability to create/analyze daily status/production reports.
Ability to read and understand blue prints/log sheets.
Coordinate and organize Toolbox meetings.
Knowledgeof the Quality Control Inspection, CNC Lathe machine and Swage Machines, stress relieving, and end finishing Operations.
Ability to operate the In-Touch or other similar Production System.
Understand work assignments, priorities and good communication.
Understand MPS.
Understanding of Production and Coupling Shop processes.
Demonstrate knowledge of Quality Control functions.
Provide corrective and preventative actions for technical issues.
Troubleshooting experience.
Provide appropriate feedback to supervisors.
Ensure all team members are focused on the appropriate jobs/tasks according to priority and complexity to meet productivity standards.
Ability to communicate in a professional manner with internal and external customers, support groups, and third parties.

Requirements:
SBD Level 2+ or equivalent external experience
Ability to read, write and speak well in English.
Ability to understand and execute instructions well.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year experience as a CNC Operator, Quality Inspector or Production Operator Level 3+. or equivalent knowledge
Some leadership or supervision experience.
Ability to read blueprints, micrometers and other precision measuring instruments.
Ability to lift a minimum of fifty pounds and push/pull 75 pounds.
Must be able to pass applicable testing as required.
